Send us the clothes you’re ready to part with. The bits you don’t wear anymore, the pieces sat in the back of the wardrobe, or the clear-out you’ve been putting off.
Send a few items or a full bag. It’s up to you.
Do I need to list or price my items?
Nope. No listing. No photos. No pricing. No haggling.
Just send your items and we’ll handle the rest.
What happens after I send my items?
We sort, check, photograph and sell your items for you.
Some pieces go onto Loopi, while others are sold through our wider resale routes.
Either way, every item gets a second life.
When do I get paid?
You get paid when your item sells.
Items are sold within 60 to 70 days, and once sold, your payment is released.
What if my items don’t sell?
We’ll still find them a second life. If something doesn’t sell on Loopi, we’ll use our wider resale routes to move it on responsibly.

Do I need to list or price my items?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
What happens after I send my items?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
When do I get paid?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What if my items don’t sell?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
