Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We believe good clothes deserve another life, not a one-way trip to landfill. Every Loopi piece is pre-loved, checked by us and ready for its next chapter.

Some items may show light signs of wear - that’s part of buying pre-loved - but every piece is hand-checked by our team before it goes online.
Any noticeable marks, faults or signs of wear will be called out in the product description.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to counterfeit goods. Our team checks items carefully before they’re listed, and anything we believe isn’t genuine doesn’t make it onto the site.
