As every Loopi piece is one-of-one, large returns have a bigger impact on the stock we can offer other customers.

If you return 10 or more items from one order, a 30% return fee will be deducted from the value of the returned items.

This fee will be taken from your refund once the items have arrived back with us and have been checked by the team.

Please send all returns using a tracked service. We can’t be held responsible for returns that go missing on their way back to us.

Items returned outside the return window won’t be eligible for a refund and may incur a charge to return the goods back to you.
