Returns
We offer a 30-day return period, and all items can be returned for a refund provided they arrive back at our address within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items returned after that period will not be eligible for a refund, and there will be a charge for returning the goods to the sender. Please note, we can only refund the original cost of the item, not any postage costs.
Return Conditions
All items will be inspected upon return. They must be:
- Unused
- Still tagged
- In the same condition you received them
Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be processed via the original payment method. Payments may take 3-5 working days to process as standard.
Bulk Returns
If you are wanting to return 10+ items from your order, we now have in place a return fee of 30% of the value of the returned items. This 30% return fee will be deducted from your refund once the goods have been returned to us and checked.
Important Notes:
- Please send all returns via tracked mail, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
- Items returned after the applicable return period will not be eligible for a refund and will incur a charge to return the goods to the sender.

Can I exchange my item for something else?
Because all our items are pre-loved, we're unable to offer exchanges. But no worries – you can return your item for a full refund and shop for something new that catches your eye instead!
Do I have to pay return postage?
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, then yes, you'll need to cover the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it gets back to us safely. How can I cancel my order?

My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Oh no, that's not what we like to hear! Drop us an email at info@loopi.com with your name and order number, and we'll get it sorted for you.
Does my postage get refunded?
If we've made a mistake (like sending the wrong item or an item arriving damaged), we'll make it right by refunding your original postage too.
Shipping
We aim to fulfil and dispatch orders placed before 14:00 BST, Monday to Friday, on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be dispatched the next working day.
No orders are dispatched on UK public holidays.
If your order has not reached you within the given timeframe, please contact us using the contact form. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect. We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are dispatched the same working day if your order was placed before 14:00 BST Monday to Friday. Standard delivery can take up to 4 working days, and express delivery is usually delivered the very next working day.
How can I track my order?
All of our orders are sent fully tracked. Please see your order dispatch confirmation email to find your tracking number. The courier will depend on the shipping method purchased at checkout.
Why has my order been delayed?
Apologies! We always do our best to let our customers know of any delays, but these are occasionally unavoidable due to outside influences. Please keep a close eye on your tracking and drop us an email if you have any issues.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally using all our standard courier options. Please enter your full address at checkout for a price for your country.
